Refund Policy

At ISCRON (International Society for Ram Consciousness), we are committed to promoting Dharma, Devotion, and Discipline through spiritual activities, community service, and cultural revival. All contributions and support received by us go directly towards supporting our mission-driven initiatives such as the Maryada Purushottam Brata, Gurukula education, Annadanam Seva, and the upkeep of Chitra Kuta Ashram.

1. Membership (General and Festival Seva)

All membership fees made to ISCRON, whether general enrollments or specific event-based memberships (such as Ram Navami Mahotsav, Ramayana Parayan, Bhajan Sandhya, etc.), are non-refundable. Once a membership is processed, it is immediately allocated to various dharmic and charitable activities and cannot be returned.

2. Event Registration Fees

Fees paid for participating in spiritual programs like Maryada Purushottam Brata, Sankirtan & Dhyan Shivir, or any other retreats/events are generally non-refundable.

However, in exceptional cases (e.g., double payment, event cancellation from our side), refunds may be considered upon written request:

  • Refund requests must be sent via email to mail.isrcon@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Include the payment receipt, full name, contact number, and reason for the refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original mode of payment.

3. Digital Products / Subscriptions

If ISCRON provides access to any digital spiritual content, online courses, or newsletters in the future, please note that all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Error in Transaction

If you believe you made a membership payment in error (such as duplicate transactions), please notify us immediately:

We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, initiate a refund within 7–14 working days.

Important Notes:

  • ISCRON is a charitable and non-profit organization. Your support directly contributes to dharmic causes and spiritual outreach.
  • We encourage all members and participants to carefully review program details and membership fees before completing any transaction.
